CocoRosie are two sisters, Sierra and Bianca, who after many years apart, starting making music together, on a whim, in Paris in 2003. What started out as a simple, albeit spooky, folk duo who recorded a cheap album of songs composed in the bathroom of a Paris apartment seven years ago has mushroomed into stage act with a beatboxer, keyboards, drums, video backdrop and a bizarre assortment of instruments.
